How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Springsawareness Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Springsawareness Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Springsawareness Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@springsawareness.world and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
